Medical Facility Hands-On Trade Testing

The company has technical and medical evaluations who will pre-screen the applicants. For trade testing we rely on our internationally Certified Affiliate Medical facilities for actual hands-on training experience for our medical professionals.

Documentation & Processing

Careplus deals with all the necessary documentation for Healthcare Candidates and other varied Medical Professions.

With regards to legalities and immigration factors, most of Careplus clients hospitals have their own attorneys on staff, which means that the hospital only has to sign the 1-140 petition and pay the filing pay. However, if required by the hospital, Careplus can prepare the ETA 750 A&B whuh can save on Atorneys cost and time.

Currently it is taking approximately 6-9 months for green card applications to be processed by the US INS. There are new regulations due to come into operation later this year that may fast track this processing time.



Deployment Notification

After processing, the Candidates flight schedules are then forwarded to their respective employers a week in advance. Employers are immediately notified of any changes.

Legal and Welfare

The company has a Legal & Welfare Section since 2002 to address our relations with the deployed candidates in a more personal level. Our pre--departure orientations impact to the Candidates on how to manage employer-worker problems or disputes to keep it from escalating. We urge our Candidates and Clients to directly relate all matters to our Legal & Welfare Section so that we can personally expedite the resolution. Our future facilities will allow clients and workers to have chat session with our Legal Advisors regarding legal matters. We also maintain Legal Advisors and Consultants on the United States and other countries where we deploy candidates.

Travel Arrangement

The Clients may either send the Airline Tickets or have Careplus purchased the tickets locally in their behalf. We can acquire the tickets locally and directly from the various airlines according clients more favorable and booking privilege.

Airport Transfer

Careplus has Public Relations Officers to each deployed country to assist our candidates in their accomodations and chauffeured service to and from the airport if necessary.

Salary Distribution

For the minimum fee, Careplus can facilitate the distribution of the Candidates salaries to their respective local bank accounts.

Accomodation & Orientation

Careplus provides detailed 1-week Orientation to facilitate a stress-free living for each Candidate to a new community, new workplace, new environment. Accomodation locations will be facilitated by Careplus according to the distance to and form workplace.

After a projects completion the company submits a final report to the client. which indicates visa and ticket utilization with the corresponding Candidates names and the date of deployment. Flexible Payment Option

Careplus provides a flexible, hasle-free payment option for clients.

After deployment, Careplus provide Statement of Accounts to Clients with detailed supporting documents of each Candidate. Clients can then prepare check payments Cash payments or Telegraphic Transfer to Careplus US depository bank or Philippine benificiary bank, either way is acceptable. Any other payment option can be accomodated, according to client preference. Clients cannot find this level of service or depth of industry knowledge with either the small niche forms or the multinational staffing agencies that serve multiple sectors of the economy. Careplus would like to share a brief 10-step summary of how the process work.

1. CLIENT JOB ORDER

The CAMT qualifies the position to ensure that the job description is complete and accurate. The data is to be encoded into the Careplus integrated database and network to the web-based program which is automatically polishes the available position to leading job boards in the National and International market. In addition to advertising CAMT posts all jobs on Careplus Carrer Portal and there we will be able to find many candidates through an extensive network or personal referrals. And, more often than not Careplus find qualified candidates among the many former Careplus cosultants and registered job seekers in the company's subtancial data warehouse.

2. RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Careplus end-to-end recruitment and tracking system accepts email applications as well traditional faxed applications. The system matches candidates with specific interesrs and capabilities to specific jobs using proprietary algorithms. A dedicated Careplus Placement Manager(CPM) is alerted to the presence o prospective matches and will then perform a careful manual review if the resume, as the next step in the process of elimination.

3. CANDIDATE SCREENING CALL

If an applicant is found suitable for a particular position, the clients dedicated Careplus PM will conduct the screening call and ask a follow-up questions regarding the candidates background & current situation.

4. CANDIDATES SKILLS ASSESMENT

A qualified Careplus consultant depending on the skill area of the candidate, will interview Candidates who pass the initial screenng or a client representative can personally interview and screen the candidates whishever is prefered.

5. CANDIDATE BACK GROUND CHECK

The CPM then performs a background check on our client's behalf that includes reference calls.

6. CANDIDATE INTERVIEW

If client wish to interview a particular candidate, Careplus will schedule a meeting time for clients and deliver the candidates at the appointed time for Careplus to arrange Telephonic or Conferencing Interview with the employer.

7. JOB CONTRACT

If client interested in hiring, client prepare job Contarct for CAreplus to submit to INS for immigration sponsorship.

8. DOCUMENTATION PROCESSING

A Careplus Placement Manager (CPM) together with the chosen Candidate prepares the needed documentation for Clients requirements as well as necessary legalities for the Immigration and Naturalization Facility of the host country.

9. DEPLOYMENT

Once documentation & legalities is complete, CPM will provide flight reservation and booking arrangements. Once the new hire arrives the country of workplace orientation to new community and workplace is then scheduled.

10. ONGOING SERVICES

The new hired will have a dedicated Careplus Consultant Manager (CCM) to continually check the candidates and hear their concerns if any with regards to their new environment so that the candidate will be able to focus on what she/he does best - the job at hand - while assuring you of a high class service.
